At Casa Duende we believe in simplicity; with this in mind we have structured the costs for our  property management services to ensure that there are no nasty surprises for property owners. At Casa Duende we charge a set amount each week to look after a property; the weekly cost will be determined by the size of the property in question.

For properties that are unoccupied, we make a small weekly charge depending on the size of the property.

The weekly charges are deductible from rental payments received on behalf of the owner and cover the following services:-

Property Checks – are carried out each time booked guests leave, or weekly if the property is unoccupied, to ensure that both the property and outside areas are clean and tidy; that any security systems are functioning correctly; any plants are watered; and that there has been no damage caused to the property by adverse weather conditions.

Swimming Pools – will be checked each week, and will be skimmed/hoovered as required. Chemical levels are also monitored and adjusted as necessary.

Meet & Greet – We will visit your property to turn on the power and water prior to welcoming your guests. We will provide them with local information and answer any questions they have. We will accept the remaining balance and the damage deposit, which will be held on behalf of the property owner until check-out day.

Check-out Day – The property will be checked for breakages/damage, and the deposit will be returned to the clients, less any deductions.

Cleaning & Laundry – The property will be thoroughly cleaned on the departure of guests, all linen and towels will be laundered as necessary, and the beds will be remade according the number of expected new arrivals. We recommend a minimum of 2 full sets of bed linen and towels covering maximum occupancy of the property.

Welcome Packs – can be requested up to 7 days prior to arrival. We do not make any extra charge for arranging welcome packs. The total cost of the items will be charged to the clients, and a receipt provided, unless agreed otherwise.
